I engaged in contracting to individuals and buisnesses in Broward, Dade, and Palm Beach Counties, primarily in Interior and Exterior Painting. I did a lot of work for general contractors in new construction and re-modeling jobs. I also worked for decorators in very upscale projects for wealthy clients. I did custom and faux finishes, wood finishing, wood trim installation and finishing. Special texture applications, popcorn and knockdown finishes, etc… I employed between 6-10 workers at any time and sub-contracted out certain work that we did not do. Wood/carpentry repairs and new construction as my limited specialty license allowed, roofing repairs, roof painting, and waterproofing. Pressure-cleaning, deck and patio paint and stain, wood re-finishing, asphalt installation and sealcoating. Stucco and masonry applications and repairs, gutters, doors, windows, fences, gates, screen enclosures, and pool painting. I have done many other projects along with all of those listed here, and I have worked for and with many different kinds of folks here in South Florida.
