Implemented a Continuous Improvement project, in assigned department, that resulted in an annual cost savings of over $150,000 in direct labor cost. (Integrated a continuous moving assembly line in place of an indexed assembly line)
Implemented a Continuous Improvement project involving the rearrangement of a layout of a department that resulted in an annual cost savings of over $15,000 in direct labor.
Identified and initiated Six Sigma Green Belt project that resulted in an annual cost savings of over $250,000 (at individual facility) involving reduction in annual small tool buy and manufacturing expendables accounts. Process changes have additionally been integrated at all facilities globally.
