Project Description:

This Project is about Human Resource Management. The main scope of this project is to maintain and schedule the resources in a company in proper way which helps to reach the organizational goals. It provides the overall control of all settings and security setups to admin. Admin defines the pay grades, projects, adding other administrator, adding custom fields.

It maintains all employee related information. Each employee is provided with the access rights over their personal details. Admin have full control on all employees’ personal details where the superiors have restricted rights. It also maintains the leave report based on weekly, monthly, yearly leaves of an employee and also the employee can send leave notification to their superiors.

It has a timing management module that calculates the work time of employees. This detail is used in future where the superiors can check how many hours an employee worked on the particular project. It also maintains the report for each project. It helps to avoid the duplication of the reports.
