Including setting up the breeding pairs and weaning the pups.

Performing ear tag and cutting tails for genotyping.

Preparing the donor and recipient mice for injection of embryonic stem cells into blastocysts and injections of DNA into pronuclei.

Hormone injections.

Setting up the donor and recipient mice mating and performing check ups on the mice’s plugs.

Dissecting the donor mice and collecting embryos.
