Operations executive at HCG hospital, Bangalore (july 2015 - present):

Managing Patient care co ordination. To look after and manage the admissions, insurance, billing, discharges and all supportive and medical services to patients. To co-ordinate between doctors, nurses, pharmacy, billing, insurance, outpatient departments and all other supportive services like lab, radiology etc to implement efficiency in management.

Management trainee at HCG hospital (2013 to 2015):

OutPatient Department : Minimization of Outstanding bills. Scheduling of slots for treatment.

Purchase and procurement department: done projects on Vendor selction, vendor negotiation, raising PO, vendor contract analysis and follow up

Quality Department : Prescription audits, nursing audits, Infection control audits, and Departemental audits. Collected evidences for NABH standards as per National Accreditation Board of Hospitals and Healthcare Providers (NABH) chapter guidelines.

Patient Care & Patient Grievance Redressal: Regularly interact with patients on the floor to gather their feedback about clinical and non-clinical services of the hospital, Take corrective action for all negative feedbacks as empowered or escalate the problem to Head of Medical services, Guide patients and family about hospital policies, protocols, and procedures

Human resource: Did a project on Employee Satisfaction Survey in September 2013 for all staff of HCG and presented the finding in front of management for necessary intervention.

Billing: Wrong estimations given for treatment and drop out rate.

Bio medical department : Reduction of cost by minimizing equipment breakdown and by efficient training of end users.

IT department: giving inputs for new HIS (Hospital Information System) implementation in hospital.

Nutrition and Dietary: Wrong meal deliveries and prescription errors.

Project title: OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY

A study on operations of TRIESTA lab of HCG was done. The data and observations of various operational aspects like Turn around Time, Feedback analysis, Manpower utilization and Training effectiveness were studied. The efficiency level on every aspect was reported and suggested necessary recommendations. The purchase and inventory model, Quality indicators were studied.
