o Responsible for systems and technology at 9 hotels across North and South Carolina, including multiple Marriott brands o As a member of the Information Resources Field Business Council, led discussions and collaborated within the council to achieve results to corporate-wide opportunities. This included obtaining talent and resources within the Information Resources discipline. o Planned & managed multiple CLS IR project initiatives. o Performed multiple years Capital Expense planning through a written specific Property Technology Plan for each hotel, as well as assisting in the technology budgetary process for each hotel.

o Lead role in auditing and enforcing PCI security standards to reduce risk to our stakeholders. o Maintained a strong focus on guest satisfaction and participated in weekly meetings for each property to assist our stakeholders in achieving their goals through technology initiatives and opportunity resolution. o Lead role in conversion of a Marriott managed hotel to franchise operation.
