Repair and maintain physical structures, fixtures, machinery, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems in accordance with blueprints, manuals, codes as directed. Maintain and repair of mechanical equipment, controls and systems associated with HVAC, refrigeration, and energy management. Independently diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctioning mechanical systems, controls, and equipment, ranging from window air conditioners up to major pieces of fixed equipment, such as industrial chi l lers, boi lers and air handl ing units. R epair and replace equipment associated with steam generating and distribution (boi lers, pumps, and l ines), system controls (electronic and pneumatic), emergency generators and transfer equipment, air conditioning (cool ing towers, chi l lers, and fans), computerized energy management and other systems as directed. Inspect and log the mechanical systems; accurately maintain associated records.
