Ran the Seamer at 250-1000 cans per minute depending on the size of the can.
Turned on all conveyors and made sure all doors and drains where closed prior to filling brine.
• Once completed checked filler and filler cups to make sure all were locked properly.
Once all prepping was completed final step was to wait for cans to arrive from De-palletizer to start running the Seamer.
When running had to watch and adjust brine depending on size, speed and product being produced.
Also making sure cans where coming in constantly and no jams or alarms where being set off.
Also ran De-palletizer and turned on all conveyors.
Place cans and removed tags for paper work to be filled using lot numbers off of can.
Once cans ran through to seamer, just made sure that I kept the line full at all times and that no alarms where being set off.
