Avon is a $10B direct seller of cosmetics, fragrance and toiletries, fashion and home decorative products. The Company distributes through 6 million independent Sales Representatives and markets to women in over 100 countries.

Vice President, NA Operations and Quality

2010-2013

Developed and executed plan for NA business consolidation through inter-regional and external production sourcing.

Initiated comprehensive review and change in quality structure to drive standardization and mitigate enterprise risk exposure. Established Center of Excellence to drive aligned staffing, work processes, KPI’s and process validation. Notable achievements include:

Largest Midwest facility closure completed 6 months’ early, yielding $16MM in annualized savings.

Established standard operating controls and measures for remaining sites resulting in incremental 5 % or $750K savings.

Partnered with Global Sourcing in consolidating external supply base by 20%, yielding over $2MM in savings.
