Independently created a Carrier Development Program to insure Capacity with Core Carrier Partners. At conception of this program we had less than 15% of our Gross Revenue generated by Core Carriers. Currently we now average over 50% of our Gross Revenue being generated by Core Carriers, and increased weekly Net Income margin by over 7% Year to date.

Responsible for hiring, training all Carrier Sales Personnel, as well as the re-training of all existing Carrier Sales personnel.

Held dual roles of responsibility for 3PL Warehousing and 3PL Brokerage Operations.

Started the first 3PL Brokerage office in the Southeast for Dart
