Hardware Tools Manager (2010-2012)

Managed FPGA-based Test Card development team doing RTL development, pre-silicon validation for USB3, SATA3. Established several processes that assisted with priority, assessment, and program schedule issues.

Platform Validation Manager, Desktop / Mobile Platforms (2007-2010)

Supervised cross-functional teams – ensuring HW and SW were in synch and stable at all times. Oversaw the validation of CPU & North Bridge Chipset, and Extended Staff including IO Hub, at cross-sites, cross-geographies.

Coached and mentored the staff to increase overall customer satisfaction when the product was released. Educated teams to think in terms of the overall platform (Desktop system, or Laptop system) versus just the component (Microprocessor) that needs Functional Validation.

Increased Demand for NAND Flash by integrating Robson Technology in Intel Desktop Client chipsets to make PC more responsive through NVM technology. Gathered and analyzed technical data and made recommendations to the business impact of NAND flash controllers to senior leadership.
