Checking for the feasibility of New Equipment placement in the Existing Plant Area.

Consolidating the required documents/Existing drawings to start up the Proposal Engineering.

Providing the Optimized solution in locating the Equipments in reducing the Civil/structural cost.

Involved in Auto Cad 2D and 3D modeling in Complicated Duct Design, Routings & Conveyors as per the Layout Constraints of the Existing Civil structures/arrangements.

Engaged in preparation of Proposal GA's for Mechanical Equipments/machineries such as Raw mill, Coal Mill, Cooler, Preheater, Kiln, Silo, Bins etc. of Cement Projects

Preparation of schematic diagram for the Profile of various Material handling equipments, Pneumatic Conveying equipments such as Belt conveyor, Bucket elevator, Drag Chain Conveyor, Deep Pan conveyor, Weigh feeder, High angle conveyor, Air slide, Fluxo slide etc.

Preparation of Equipment Flow diagrams (EFD), Outline &Load drawings (OL) & Type Selection programs as per Customer requirement.

Checking of Auto Cad 3D models for interferences.
