Proactively respond to questions/requests of customers and staff and/or redirect callers to the most appropriate resource, and/or researches issues as appropriate

Guided the scope and successful completion of a project to identify areas where existing administrative policies and procedures can be improved and/or where new policies and procedures are required

Conduct research and/or analysis for additional projects as requested; and coordinate administrative and project responsibilities

Maintain the department archives to ensure a historical trail and periodic organization record keeping

Possess a basic understanding of HIPAA and other regulatory requirements to ensure corporate compliance
