Program Manager, PMO, Experian Consumer Services Feb 2014 – Present
PMO lead for the Agile transformation from the existing waterfall PDLC. Hands on involvement in defining and facilitating the sprint cycles, Kanban board, sprint ceremonies and the release management function.
Program managed the first dual language product from concept to launch. The objective, to reach out to the Spanish community with the credit report product in partnership with Univision.
Program Manager – PMO, Belkin Mar 2013 – Nov 2013
Project Manager for the first Cloud service at Belkin on Salesforce. The transformation involves migrating 3000 agents across the globe for Belkin’s Customer Service group from RightNow to a Salesforce based Service Cloud. Responsible for:
oSCRUM management for the initiative
oSprint planning & Sprint retrospective
oCutover planning for the agents and internal Belkin systems & processes
oLeader for a aggressive 3 month initiative for the systems & process Integration of the Linksys brand into Belkin involving ERP, Data Warehousing, PLM (Agile) and EDI. The execution was driven in a program structure consisting of tracks defined based on systems with planning & execution defined at the program. Successfully orchestrated a zero business impact weekend merger of Linksys and Belkin Systems. Responsibilities included:

oResource fulfillment for the program through a multi vendor strategy
Led the PMO team towards a successful and on time IT divesture managing all aspects like Software Licenses, Infrastructure & System segregation, Datacenter consolidation & formulating the Transitional Service Agreement (TSA) along with legal & other groups. Cutover completed on the target date of 15th Mar 2013 with an TSA in place for services leveraged from Cisco. Responsibilities included:

Program managed the ERP upgrade from 11.5.10 to R12. The program involved cross-functional teams; DC capacity team, hosting, network, storage, DBA’s, application, functional, technical and the retrofit teams; a 150+ member team. An weekend cutover of less than 100 hours with zero impact to business with all external systems & process integrations like EDI, 3PL completed successfully.
