1) Parking provision of 65 buses +28 cars with designed landscaping. 2)13 Buildings (Each bldg structure with ground + 3 floors Built-up areas up to 6712 Sq.Mt). 3) Ground + First floor building of Supermarket, Clinic, Community Hall & 2 Services Buildings upto 4300 Sq.Mt.
