SUMMARY:
Since I received admission into the Ohio State Bar as a licensed attorney, I have focused my career on exceeding my clients’ expectations. This has allowed me to gain knowledge in an array of business fields. As Vice President of Operational Risk Assessments for Default and Collection law firms, I learned to critically think about a corporation’s inherent risk surrounding their third-party providers’ processes and the impact that it can have on an organizations’ reputation and financial obligations. I manage a team of attorneys that audit law firms for operational, legal, and regulatory compliance. In this position, I strengthened the program to focus on the firms’ inherent risks, contractual obligations and ways to strengthen common weakness amongst all the firms. I built and strengthened the attorney auditors’ training programs and developed tools to ensure that all contractual and regulatory findings are identified and properly remediated.
