Delaware County Community College developed a series of posters highlighting a certain aspect of careers non-traditional to gender such as Women in STEM, Women in Law Enforcement, Men in Nursing, etc. The posters are designed to recruit students into programs non-traditional to gender and are distributed to all of the school districts in Delaware and Chester counties, all of Delaware County Community College's campuses and other educational settings.
