I have over four years’ experience in document control management. Knowledge in maintaining and implementing document control processes; ensuring standardization and strict compliance with company and/or client established document control systems and procedures. Backtracking and converting unprocessed existing documents into the adapted document formats. International experience in document control with Chevron’s South NEMBA Flare Reduction Project offshore. Ability to organize and maintain the document control library, structure and maintain all master files and logs for several ongoing projects and ensure documents are transmitted in a timely fashion and in accordance with client requirements. Create and establish document numbering/reference system for new projects; maintain the project filing system, perform archiving procedure during project close-out, implement Quality control such as ensure that deliverables undergo the appropriate technical checks, and maintain accurate revision control on all deliverables.

Offshore Document Controller- Process assigned Project official documentation includes engineering/technical, correspondence,) generated by COMPANY and CONTRACTOR to be stored in the Document Management System through an excel spreadsheet. Used eRoom to send and receive transmittals to and from the client. Perform quality control checks to ensure compliant documentation according to non-technical procedural processes; seek assistance if questionable. Receive and send all documents between the projects and other organizations, making appropriate database / log entries for tracking purposes. Generated weekly reports regarding project documentation to ensure project schedules and deadlines are being met. Worked closely with engineers and project managers to ensure that documentation was accurate and submitted to the client on time. Applied quality procedures and controlled documentation by verifying that the document revisions are consistent with the current work packages through physically checking the work packages to be issued and electronically through Documentum.
