Managed programs for plastic interior trim of various Chrysler vehicles including the PT Cruiser, Concorde, and 300M. Planned, directed, and coordinated manufacturing processes in an industrial plant setting. Developed, evaluated, and improved manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of plastic materials and molded parts. I was responsible for the line-up and ordering of injection molds, secondary equipment, and all part containers.
