Description:
An Antibiogram is the result of a laboratory testing for the sensitivity of an isolated bacterial strain to different antibiotics. The instrument is based on fluorescence detection in combination with the highly specific enzymatic reaction of viable bacteria over a non-fluorescent probe converting it into a fluorescent product.
The incubator is most important part in susceptibility testing instrument. An incubator is an apparatus used to grow and maintain microorganism cultures. The incubator keeps cultures at a required temperature. Liquid Assay method antibiogram required to maintain 37degrees C for proper cell growth. This project has two phases.
