US Consulate Compound Erbil, Iraq 2011 – 2012: Under the direction of Special Agents: Christian Shultz, Michael Otis, Nathan Kim and Ken St. Germain, I was responsible for processing all visitor, vehicle access, delivery requests and registration placards. I verified visitor and vehicle identifications and maintained the daily assess roster. I worked with Triple Canopy Site Managers and the Special Agents to ensure the US Consulate Compound was secure 24 hours / daily.

US Embassy Prosperity Compound Baghdad, Iraq 2012 – 2013: Under the direction the US Department of State (DOS) Countermeasures Division, I was responsible for the access control on the Prosperity Compound in Baghdad, Iraq. I processed all visitor, vehicle and delivery requests and maintained the daily access roster. I submitted these requests to DOS Countermeasures Division for their approval and disseminated the daily access rosters to SOC Site Management.

As part of my duties, I was responsible for processing DOS vetting and SF85 packets; verifying security clearances through JPASS; verifying vetting certificates through the DOS SharePoint database and also processing badge applications. In addition, I collected Local and Foreign National biometrics information; verified personnel; printed and issued federal employee badges. I am proficient with the Biometrics Identification System for Access (BISA) and familiar with the Biometrics Automated Toolset System (BATS).

Forward Operation Base (FOB) Marez Mosul, Iraq 2010 - 2011; Contingency Operation Base (COB) Spiecher Tikrit, Iraq 2009 – 2010: I was responsible for reporting force protection threat vulnerability assessments and assisted site management with force protection planning including: bunker placement per the number of personnel in the living support areas (LSA) and working space; placement of T-walls, jersey barriers and other force protection materials throughout and surrounding military compounds. I analyzed previous security incidents to determine the security threat, risk of injuries and or causalities. I participated in joint US Military and company force protection inspections at the Foreign Nationals (FN) LSAs to ensure personnel are in compliance with base policies. I conducted searches for unauthorized electronics, media storage devices and other prohibited items. In addition, I was responsible for documenting these inspections, initiating chain of custody forms, interviewing subjects / witnesses, compiling and disseminating reports to company headquarters.

In addition, I was also responsible for the convoy off the fob missions (OFM) reporting including: threat analysis, risk assessments, route information, personnel accountability, departure and arrival confirmations.
