Responsible for the activities and control of up to (3) offices and up to (40) employees to provide efficient and effective service. Conducts all the hiring and supervision of personnel and administration. Oversaw all relevant paperwork, policies, and procedures as well as local and state laws. Certified in HACCP, SSOP, GMP & SOP standards. Coordinates all aspects of inventory and distribution of all goods to the various locations and towns. Results: Responsible for opening and supervision of two other locations after other facilities were acquired.

Provides the logistical support, facilities maintenance, inventory, and warehousing of goods and supplies to maintain a location for a three-month period. Partners with vendors and corporate personnel to carry out the daily functions of a market. Reports to owner and district managers and corporate personnel to keep them abreast of activities. Results: Increased revenues from inception to $1.5M at 1 of the locations and a market projection of $2.0M. Successfully opened 2 new locations in less than a month during new acquisition (3 conversions total). Currently ranked second in our division.

Control of all equipment, repair, and maintenance of all facilities. Worked with contractors, vendors, various maintenance companies to make sure equipment is repaired in the most efficient and timely manner. Partners with HoneyBaked Real Estate Attorney, local facilities management companies to improve and maintain facilities at all locations. Institutes cost control measures in all locations.

Responsible for all budgetary areas of accountability for multiple locations.
