Project 1: Standard Cell Layout Design

Tools: Virtuoso Layout Editor, Assura Verification

Targeted technology: TSMC 130nm, 28nm

Cells designed: INVERTER, NAND, NOR, LATCH,MUX, D-flip flop.

Role: Drawing the stick diagram from spice net list, drawing layout and verifying DRC and LVS.

Project 2: Analog Layout Design

Level shifter- Developed a layout for level shifter using TSMC 130.

Op-amp- Developed a layout for operational amplifier using TSMC 130.

Band gap- Developed a layout for band gap using TSMC 130.

DAC- Developed a layout for digital to analog converter using TSMC 130.

PLL- Developed a layout for Phase Locked Loop using TSMC 130.

Role: Drawing layout and verifying DRC and LVS.

Academic Project

Main Project:

Title: Implementation of Digital Modulator for Multiple Modulation Schemes Based on Enhanced DDS Architecture

Description: The main aim of this project is to Design and Implement an enhanced DDS based Digital Modulator for supporting multiple Modulation techniques.

The design provides single FPGA solution for different Modulation techniques, with the user choice of Modulation type to be used. The modulations implemented are ASK, PSK, FSK.
