Examples of turnkey projects in which I participated on behalf of my ex employer:

-As ETICO was the sole agent for Beckman Coulter & U.S. Export Company, which was one of the well-known suppliers of medical and scientific laboratory instruments supplier, I was responsible for the large turnkey projects as follows:

-1992 (SU26 & SU54) project

-Project Engineer:

-I managed the installation schedules; contacted subcontract suppliers; installed and maintained

instruments which had no local representatives for the respective manufacturers.

- 1994 (Shebien El Koom General Hospital Extension) project

-Project Manager:

-I installed and maintained wide range of laboratory instruments and equipment, including refrigerators, centrifuges, analytical scales, microscopes, and more. I setup time tables for the subcontractors' installations, prepared the required documentation, and oversaw all Technical Support phases to ensure customer satisfaction.

-1994 (Narp) project

-Project Manager:

-I managed the non-medical technicians who assembled the entire lab, including benches equipped with taps, basins and gas traps. I also managed two other engineers who were

responsible for the installation of the lab instruments.

-1995 (EI-Galaa Military Hosp.) turnkey project

-Project Engineer:

-I set up all installation schedules and managed subcontractor engineers. I also installed my

employer's range of instruments and performed on-site customer training. I also prepared and

organized all required documentation for my employer and the customer.

-1996 (The New Kasr EI-Aini Hosp.) turnkey project

-Project Manager:

-I installed my employer's range of instruments; performed on-site customer training; performed all required troubleshooting; completed the required documentation; and managed other engineers and technicians who installed equipment and instruments at the hospital's lab and pharmacy. I also operated theater equipment there. There, I also coordinated between manufacturers' representative, local company engineers, hospital administrators and physicians, and prepared all necessary documentation.

-2008 (Fertility & Cryogenics Services Lab, Chicago, USA) project

-Project Consultant:

-There, I managed non-medical technicians who installed the labs and bench-tested the equipment with taps, the basins and gas traps. I also managed other engineers who were responsible for the installation of laboratory instruments supplied by Diamond Diagnostics. There, during my annual vacation and on my own personal time, I performed the pre-installation requirements for the lab, the setup for the ordering system, placed orders and supervised laboratory instruments supplied and installed by Diamond Diagnostics.
