As a Process Operator with General Electric my main function was to improve the processes in the plant. To come up with and implement those plans and do continuous improvements, as well as hands on. I was the quality control Manager at Moss Supply Co. (vinyl windows and doors) for 11 months. I wrote Standard Operating Procedures. I implemented the quality program they have in place now. As a quality control/quality assurance manager for moss supply I created the quality program they have now. When I started there was no quality program.
