Involved in an Access Request and Privacy Protection (ARPP) Project which assists the public sphere in accessing information, while adhering to the Municipal freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA).

Integrate the module with RIM systems to provide a seamless streamlining process while encompassing all functional elements including applicant information,, FOI office (exemptions) and Program areas (cost calculations), which are very much need to handle he requests right from receipt of access request to provide the responsive records to applicant within a stipulated time.

A RIM is a files management system, which would be the basis for access request. It was designed and developed in .net environment.

Access request module would meet all the requirements of public institutes for a response to an access request, requested by any public.
