Managed bulk material handling projects in Canada, Saudi Arabia, China and Peru, holding responsibility for engineering, manufacturing and delivery of equipment from a global vendor base, installation, commissioning and contract close-out.
Inherited and turned around a car dumper project in Canada which was expected to be a loss with efficient scheduling and skillful final negotiations with customer, fabricators and site contractors to make a 5% profit margin at project closeout.
