Dedicated safety oriented manufacturing plant manager. I have set up a satellite plant from the ground up and operated it to be as efficient as possible for 8 years. I have built a team atmosphere within my plant that allowed it to grow from a 15M Company to a 29M Company with my plant producing and shipping 70% of all finished goods. I automated my plant with my ideas and equipment built in house so that we ran with less labor and produced more product. I later helped automate the corporate plant in Auburn, WA. too mirror our plant. I am a get it done type person. I am a honest person and would like to work for someone who has Christian values.

I started this satellite company in Morganfield. Did all hiring and plant set up on my own.
I managed all plant operations for production, maintenance, quality, shipping and receiving.
I coordinated all plant activities through the planning with departmental managers to insure the total manufacturing objectives were accomplished in a timely and cost effective manner.
I participated with CEO, Board of directors and management team in developing a effective Strategic plan for the KY. Facility and presented it quarterly.
I managed plant and staff in order to meet profits, plans, and budget.
I implemented a cost effective system of control over capital. Operating expenditures, manpower, wages, and salaries.

Department Manager/CNC programmer/Machine and fixture design/ Tool Room Machine Repair.
Responsible for the efficient and timely programming of 9CNC Makino Horizontal mills, 4 dual spindle robotically loaded Okuma-Howa lathes, 2 Okukma lathes, 4 Okuma-Howa dual spindle lathes, 6 Kira CNC mills and many other various types of machinery both CNC and Manual. Also over seen a 60’ transfer line that machined and assembled Ford transmission parts.
Setup complete machine lines for production. I started with designing floor plan then leveling the machines to writing all programs. Setup complete swat charts and trained all setup men and operators to run the lines efficient and safely. Made sure all QC checks were in place and that the company was ready to make a profit.

Tool room repair, fixture builder for manufacturing of all drilling and mining equipment. I built and assisted in design of many various types of fixtures for all types of machining process. My main goal was to make their production process repeatable and accurate.

I worked on a assembly line remanufacturing automobile parts. While attending Machinist school. I did build several fixture for them while attending school that sped up lines.

Mechanic, Welder, Dozer operator, Back hoe operator, winch truck operator, tank truck operator, rost about. Worked in oil fields.
I had the privilege to work with some of the finest teachers on earth. These guys are who along with my father set me on my path of becoming who I am today. I learned what hard work is and how people should be treated. We oversaw over 200 oil wells and made sure they were running.
