Erie County Home in Alden closed and a new building was built on the Campus of the Erie County Medical Center.
Residents and Staff moved to a new 390 bed state of the art decentralized nursing facility. I oversee a $5.6 million managed volume operation. I also am responsible for the financial completion of Bi-monthly and month ending financial reports for Terrace View and The $10 million operation in the Food and Nutrition Department at ECMC.
