As Master’s student of Business Management in the University of Bedfordshire with an undergraduate degree in Commerce, I am a person who is self- motivated, energetic and have a positive outlook at things with a different perspective, I am always organized even under pressure I achieve targets set by the organization. During my term as a part time staff in papa j’s restaurant, Luton and Jsoft solutions. I developed and maintained successful working relationships with both internal and external staff, and paved my path to improve upon my skills, work hard with enthusiastic dedication and be a massive gain to my organization.

Skills/Personal Attributes

Communication skills:

•As a part of working in Papa J’s, when work had to be done in a specified time, me and my teammate made good communication and provided exceptional service to our customers where 30% of them gave good feedback.

•I had done a 3 month internship program in anchor electrical studying the customer satisfaction towards anchor electrical products and dealing with the issues they faced

Good time-management and planning skills:

•As I was elected Arts club secretary in my college, my forward planning ensured that all tasks were well appointed and well done in the Arts club of my university, where my Management applauded at the event that had been put out.

•While working in Jsoft Solutions, there was always essential planning and management of time, service was done on time without making customers lose their patience and hence satisfied customers.

Leadership and Delegation Skills

•During my undergraduate course being the Arts Club Secretary I was in charge of delegating work to rest of the club and made sure I was responsible too for the work that was delegated.

•I usually evolve as a natural leader as I tend to take charge of situations, be it during any group assignments or any group work. I have the ability to motivate my group members to attain better results.

Computer and Technical Knowledge:

•I am well versed in basic as well as advanced knowledge ranging from Emails to internet navigation as we had informatics practices as subject in high school.
