Reporting into the CEO and the Head of RBS PLC, I lead RBS Americas NV and act as Deputy Head of RBS PLC in the Americas. Establish and maintain a defined risk appetite and take action to de-risk as appropriate including the evaluation of client and product risk.

Managed a project team through system development and implementation to increase controls, reduce inefficiencies, and strengthen infrastructure and data integrity.
Performed foreign financial records analysis as part of acquisition due diligence for Fortune 100 Global Financial Services Firm.
Assisted in the management and operation of the Project Management Office for financial system migration related to bank acquisition.
