- Primary contact regarding material issues in the area of responsibility ( 47 US based suppliers and 14 international overseas based suppliers; more than 3000 parts )

-Executing MRP- weekly

-Pulling engineering drawings from Windchill database and sending to Supplier

-Quote requests to obtain updated price quotes, availability and lead time.

-Issuing purchase orders through BaaN ERP system

-Formatting open order reports and backorder reports -weekly -to keep dates current in the system,

-Keeping day to day connection with the Suppliers to ensure on time delivery and resolving the open questions

-Handling receiving issues with vendors including defectives, damages or other product issues.

-Evaluating supplier related performance report of on time delivery, quality, errors
