Liaising with overseas customers, providing support, information and guidance on issues relative to destination ports, payments and any other shipment related concerns.

Maintaining and managing customer relationship with local customers ensuring smooth customer flow and completeness and accuracy of the order and delivery process.

Supervise the sales office team and promotional teams for efficiency and effectiveness, through camaraderie and team work.

Procurement of products and services for the company through direct and indirect interaction with overseas suppliers.

Promote brand awareness through the conceptualization and coordination of various creative media channels including print, radio and television media.
