Lead role for America’s region implementation of GEA Fit for 2020. Responsible for leading subject matter experts in transitioning the payroll and human resources administration role from current multi-segment departments to single hub and spoke group. Determine needed process and policies, manage headcount redundancy, implement vendor alignment and execute shared services group for United States, Canada and all of Latin America (including Brazil).
