Job Description

PROJECT SUPERVISOR

1. The Project Supervisor responds to, supervises and completes work requested through Unscheduled Work

Requests that involve labor and equipment.

2. Performs job walks for requests involving transportation, labor and equipment and sampling as needed.

3. Interview, select, and maintain an effective work force.

4. Manage and evaluate project needs, timeframes, and costs for the market.

5. Interface and coordinate with operations and account management to ensure specs meet needs of customer

and operations.

6. Develops scope of work for special projects.

7. Manage and monitor workflow within operations.

8. Recommend solutions and changes for improving service levels.

9. Communicate effectively with employees regarding benefits and other changes which affect employees.

10. Ensure prompt and accurate completion of all service requests by customers.

11. Manage and evaluate record center operations.

12. Interface and coordinate with customer service and account management.

13. Research and resolve service issues and implement solutions.

14. Provides instruction and audience as required.

15. Manage department performance through motivation, monitoring, and coaching.

16. Build internal and external relationships through exceptional problem solving, ownership and follow-

through.

17. Model exemplary customer service behaviors.

18. Establish and consistently meet/exceed department service goals & objectives.

19. Consistently meet/exceed customer service standards and act as the “voice of the employee”.

20. Accurately process operational data and employee information.
