DAY BY DAY JOBS.

. To inspect and keep record that all the Flange Joints are boxed up with

Correct Gasket and stud bolts.

. Performs preventive maintenance on Static Equipment's.

. Performs Hydro-testing of various types of Heat exchanger like U-Tube,

Floating Head, and Fixed Tube Sheet Type etc. Bundle Pull out/Re-

insertion & Tubes Expansion Job of Exchanger.

. On line sealing jobs on flange joints, on valves etc.

. Performs daily Maintenance activities like Strainer Cleaning, Valve

Malfunction rectification, Insulation, Painting Jobs etc.

. Assist supervisors in maintain all equipment histories & records.

. Working on rotating equipment's pump seals, bearings replacement jobs.

. Pump Overhauling jobs like Bearing replacement, Seal replacement &

Alignment job.
