Implemented Oracle R12 as part of Global HR Transformation for a US based large retail company involving
19 countries and 10 languages implemented so far in 3 phases each of 6-8 months. Global HR Transformation
involves implementing People, Process and Technology globally in phases with a global design and vital local
requirements.
Participate in client core team meetings to understand the existing client processes, and help prepare As-Is To-
Be process mapping
