Implemented Oracle R12 as part of Global HR Transformation for a US based large retail company involving

19 countries and 10 languages implemented so far in 3 phases each of 6-8 months. Global HR Transformation

involves implementing People, Process and Technology globally in phases with a global design and vital local

requirements.

Participate in client core team meetings to understand the existing client processes, and help prepare As-Is To-

Be process mapping

Participate in CRP sessions and workshops

Maintain requirement traceability matrix and perform gap fitment analysis

Identify the objects that need to be developed to address the gaps identified in the Gap Analysis phase

Carry out configurations on the environment as per the proposed business solutions and document the

configuration changes made in the system

Prepare detailed functional design documents for the technical team to develop codes to meet the gaps that are

not configurable in the ERP product

Coordinate with technical team and vendors to clarify queries related to business processes and detailed

functional design

Coordinate with user testing team and UPK development team on test cases and business case scenarios. Take
