SYSYEM
It is a web-based system using PHP together with mySQL for database
file. Human Resource Information System also involves the use of
computer, and digital stored value systems. This will help the HR
department to minimize their works and it would be easy for them to
access the data of the entire information of an employee regarding
their personal information, evaluation, attendance, leaves and more.
Moreover, it could make the process easier because it is paperless and
hassle free since the researchers made a process of time in and out of
an employee through RFID. This easy way of timekeeping would only need
to scan the employee's ID so that their attendance and their number of
hours worked per day will be monitored.
Thus, this study identifies the operating procedures that the human
resource management completed to their employees under St. Dominic
College of Asia as well as to collecting information that is needed to
develop the system qualified.
