consumers. Veruta introduced novel concepts such as product based retargeting, cost per
engagement and view-through clicks (patents pending), and was one of the very first platforms to

• Co-founded and helped raise our seed funding of $400k. Veruta quickly reached a monthly
revenue of $200k+ when acquired by MyBuys, within 6 months of public launch
• Managed the product management and development of our solution that retained profit margins
of more than 70% arbitraging ad placements
• Scaled our platform to support the growth of our user base from zero to 90 million profiles in 6
months, while serving personalized advertisements on major sites with no downtime and in less
that 200ms
• Architected and built an ad network infrastructure that returns responses to real-time bidding
requests in less than 20ms
• Led the integration of our platform with all the major real-time bidding providers (Google,
OpenX, Pubmatic, AdMeld, ContextWeb, etc…) and most major ad networks

correction to maximize availability with unreliable nodes. Used local caching and swarming
