Indian Pentecostal Christian Assembly that began as a small prayer group and in 2000,
established as a church with about 300 members worshipping in 5 different Indian dialects and
English in 2006.
2004 Lifecare Counseling Center Bangalore, India
Lifecare Counseling Center was begun in 2004 as one of the pioneer works in the field of
pastoral care and counseling in Bangalore in relationship with a group of psychiatrist, Pastoral
counseling professors from United Theological College, Bangalore and professional counselors
following my Masters in pastoral care and counseling. This center later grew up as a center that
facilitated health and healing to 5 – 7 clients every day.

In this resume you may see several organizations I worked for and wonder why it is. In India,
pastors, irrespective of denominations are transferred after every 3-5 years. In this system pastors
are not meant for 8-hour shift in the office as practiced in the US. I as a pastor transferred to
different places and therefore worked simultaneously for different theological schools and other
organizations.
