1. WAR-NextGen is Mobility Sales System (MSS) that is catered to multiple channels including CorporateStores,
Dealers and Retailers to enhance the business capabilities for renewal, upgrade, migration and exchange. WAR-
NextGen is a web based application which is integrated with POS of CorporateStores, Smart Desktop (used by
the Agents to view customer account information), TELUS Offer Manager (used by administrators to create or
change Wireless offers), SAP (used for Financial and Revenue Management as well as Warehouse and Inventory
Management), KNOWbility (used for Billing and Client Profile Management) and P3MS (used to assists Sales
and Activation of physical devices by means of Product Catalogue Management). WAR-NextGen supports
different Telus account type such as Consumer Regular, Business Personal, Business Regular and Corporate
Individual.
2. Business Connect is the Customer Profile application for ordering and activation of Business Bundle which
includes High Speed Internet access, office phones and mobile phones . This web based application is catered to
Dealer and Agent channel. This application Support Business Connect Personal and Business Connect Regular
account types. This Business bundle activation application is integrated with Smart Desktop which is used by the
Agents to view customer account information.
3. IE10 Compatibility Testing project is to test TELUS and Koodo’s Dealer & Retailer channel facing
applications for compatibility with Microsoft Internet Explorer v10 (“IE10”). The application that were tested
were Channel Webstore, Channel Activation System(CAS), Wireline Sales System(WSS), Dealer Self-Serve
(DSS), Change/Exchange Tool, Tabulator-Koodo Upgrade, Repair Tracking System(RTS), Koodo Channel
Activation System.
4. UI Alignment project is to unify the Mobility Sales System (MSS) user interface for TRL and Dealers/Retailers
in order to reduce the cost and time required to maintain and deliver new capabilities to the NextGen platform.
5. NextGen Aardvark project is to introduce Telus Credit Card application in the MSS user interface for Dealers.
The system will perform an eligibility check for applying for a TELUS Credit Card and when approved the user
will be able to choose their Card for their pre-authorized payment and also to pay for their device balance / device
price.
Responsibilities:

interacting with Business Analysts and Managers.

Description: Empire Sales Track is a CRM application used by EmpireOne to input clients/deals from the retail
team and track the stages of the deals until it gets closed. It is a web base application which provides centralized
database to maintain the client details, source of the deals, call history, payment details etc.

• Analyze and understand the business requirements and specifications to gain a better understanding of the
