affiliate) and utilized MapInfo for site locations and propagation
studies.

Site Auditor (1099 Contract- Paid per audit)
. Physical Site Audits (PSA's) and Lease Audits for the Sprint/Nextel 4G
build out. PSA's included complete compound, building and tower
inventories with drawings. Most notably the Indoor DAS system for the
Gaylord Texan Hotel in Grapevine TX. Lease audits were a through
review of all site documentation including title work, easements,
ground and tower leases. The objective was to confirm Sprint/Nextel's
equipment and lease status and what they were legally entitled to.

. Site Development through Ericsson Inc. for Edge Mobile, LLC (AT&T
Wireless affiliate) in an extremely aggressive nine (9) market (Denver
- Colorado Springs - Ft Collins CO, Oklahoma City OK, Pittsburgh PA,
Minneapolis/St. Paul MN, Richmond - Norfolk VA, Dayton OH), 71 site
build out with a six (6) month time line from design to launch.
. Manage activities of five (5) contracted site acquisition and zoning
Authorized Service Providers (ASP's) in designated markets. This
included site walks with Site Candidate Information Packages (SCIP's),
site approvals, A&E walks, Due Diligence packages, executed Single
Lease Agreements (SLA's), zoning and building permits, Notice to
Proceed (NTP's) and closeout documents.
