Cleveland Clinic Canada. It is my firm belief that through my education,

As an Executive Assistant at National Pharmacy, I worked independently and
with a team to conduct tasks in an efficient manner. I was responsible for
numerous duties including marketing/advertising, creating contracts and
human resources management. I conducted all administrative duties such as
responding to phone calls and emails, monitoring inventory, as well as
maintaining and updating databases and preparing monthly reports. I had to
create an efficient schedule for myself in order to successfully delegate
tasks and meet various deadlines, greatly enhancing my ability to multi-
task and efficiency in time management.
I am very organized individual. I also have experience with Human
Resources, screening resumes and conducting interviews. I was responsible
for managing schedules and meetings for several people within an
organization. I completed presentations and documents, and edited Policy
and Procedure Manuals amongst other documents. I was also responsible for
conducting meetings, taking minutes, making employee travel arrangement and
agendas. I conducted research and surveys and was responsible for scoring
and writing reports.
My client service experience has equipped me with well-developed
interpersonal and communication skills that I can bring to any job. In my
previous jobs, I encountered different types of people and situations that
challenged my problem solving and conflict resolution abilities, as such, I
became comfortable working in environments where demanding client
interactions is required and learned to tackle these situations with
versatility while maintaining a client-centre approach at all times.
