Sr. Manager Global Billing – Development, QE & Operations Jul' 05 - Present

I manage the Global Billing Software solutions for eBay adjacencies, PayPal Merchant Services

with over-all responsibilities for Development, QE & Operations support. I am responsible for

billing $300 million of annual revenue. My key accomplishments and responsibilities are:

• Built a top performing team and manage multi-domain, multi-location, cross functional teams

• Recently implemented the SAP Billing system from scratch and on boarded two eBay adjacencies

• Successfully implemented the Kenan Billing system for PayPal in a record time of 6 months

• Piloted numerous projects to support quadrupled revenue growth in the last 5 years

• Orchestrated various OE initiatives and achieved an annual savings of $1 million

functional team consisting of full-time employees, Off-shore resources and Consultants.

• Led and managed the PeopleSoft & Kenan Billing Dev, QA and Operations support activities
