Summer Internship:

Project Title-"Study on customer satisfaction on the products and services

offered by Allahabad Bank".

Company- Allahabad Bank

Role- Management Trainee (internship)

Duration- 2months

Synopsis- This project deals with measurement of customer satisfaction

level on various products and services offered by the bank and different

customer relationship management technique applied in Allahabad Bank. In

this project data is collected mainly from primary source using

Questionnaire which is circulated to the existing customers of the bank and

also through secondary sources. The collected data is then analysed with

the help of statistical tools such as simple percentage analysis and

weighted score method.

Desk Project:

. Starbucks (MIS)- This project deals with the Management information

system used in Starbucks in their operation. MIS is a collection of

people, technologies, communication networks and data. Starbucks uses

IRIS(Intelligent Restaurant Information System) as MIS.This projects

also deals with how MIS helps Upper and middle level managers in their

decision making.

. Dell(E-MARKETING)- This projects deals with the direct selling

strategy of Dell to their customer, where customer can also customize

their products and how Dell implement their strategy of selling

directly globally.

. IMPACT OF PACKAGING ON CONSUMER BEHAVIOR IN FMCG INDUSTRIES - The aim

of this project is to get a study to point toward role of packaging in

consumer buying behaviour and how different elements of packaging

influence customers. This projects also deals with how packaging acts

as a promotional tool during 'point of sale' of the customer. For

this project we collect data mainly from secondary data and also uses

questionnaire to collect primary taking reference of some FMCG

companies like HUL, ITC etc.
