Project on “development of dual axis solar tracker”

Place: SRM University Chennai

Period: FEB 2015 – APR 2015

The project involved development of a dual axis solar tracker which will be able to track sun in both

seasonal changes as well as daily changes, it will align the solar panel according to sun’s movement

such as sun rays falls perpendicularly on solar panel, and this projects results in improving of panel

efficiency up to 42% compared to fixed tilt solar panel
