Hello, My name is Joseph ( Joe ) Bardgett. I will be relocating to Bullhead City, Arizona, by the first
week in August of 2015, or so at the latest. I could move down there sooner if a fitting situation should
come along. My plan to wait until then is because I am saving a predetermined amount of money, that I
think that I'll need to get started comfortably, but I could probably make it on what I have available now. I
lived in Las Vegas, Nev. From 1987 to 2001. I have always loved the climate and the desert and have
been wanting to move back there for a long time. When my two little girls got to a certain age in the big
city, I decided to move back here to Wyoming for the remainder of their upbringing where we have
nearby family. I have been planning now for four years to move and have chosen Bullhead City, AZ., as
my new place of residence . I am currently employed by a general contractor, where I have been
working for seven years. I plan to leave this job when the time comes one way or another, ( whether I've
got a job lined up or not, certainly I prefer the previous ), simply because my kids are grown and on their
own, and I am sick and tired living in this place. So whatever is to come of my employment / employer,
I'll be working somewhere in the Bullhead City, AZ. / Laughlin, NV. area upon my arrival or very soon
thereafter. I also co-own, along with my significant other, our own little Handyman company, that I run
out of our home. I try to do exclusively small and minor repairs and maintenance for my clients in and
around the home, both interior and exterior. No, putting a garage on the house or remodeling the kitchen.
Just the small things that everyone else is to busy to deal with, like cleaning gutters, installing new light
fixtures, repairing holes in walls, repairing fences or soffits, or building furniture, fixing or prepping the
swamp cooler, for example, to name only a few of the thousands of different tasks that I've done over the
years. I do a lot of work for seniors and retired folks. A good deal for most others too, I advertise very
little, most of my business comes from repeat customers and word of mouth these days. I have several
positive references available at any time. My regular job is one where I have been on multiples of jobs
and construction sites over the years. I have helped to build many sizes and types of mostly industrial and
commercial buildings, from the ground up. Also some houses along the way. At this point in time, I do
mostly finish and final finish work, like trim work, both interior and exterior, windows, doors and
hardware, all bathroom accessories, like partitions and grab bars etc. . Basically everything that a new
building would need to have to capacitate a given business. My partner and I also do a lot of custom and
specialty jobs, nothing to big or complicated, along a wide variety and span to vast to try to list here, or
describe. I like to keep a clean and organized work area whenever possible. I am very safety conscious. I
can operate any size or style of forklift, man lift, scissor lift or material handling equipment safely and
efficiently, have been certified many time over the years. Can also operate some other equipment. I am
not better on some things because there always seemed to be someone better than I around to do it, so I
did not pursue the rest of the machinery stuff to hard. I work better with tools in my hands aside from the
aforementioned pieces. I of course have all of my own tools, what I don't have I am usually pretty eager
to get. I can and will pass any kind of alcohol or drug screening with consistency. I am a presentable
gentleman in above average physical and mental condition. I conduct myself as a professional and make
efficient use of time. I do not drink or smoke, am very health conscious, watch what I eat closely. Other
than, vacation time, the occasional appointment or very far and few in between funeral, I cannot
remember the last time that I missed work at all let alone due to any illness, and feel terrific at 6'0" and
167 lbs. Thank you for your time and consideration. Looking forward to hearing back from you soon.
Regards, Joe
