3. Maintain Inventory of chemicals and chromatography columns.

4. cGMP/GLP compliance in QC laboratory.

5. Documentation as per cGLP and Review of Raw materials/Finished product reports.

6. Handle USFDA, WHO, MHRA, EU and customer audits.

7. Ensure all instruments complies as per 21CFR PART 11

8. Initiate OOS/OOT/CAPA / in CAPA Quality Management System and closing of the

same with in time.

09. Sampling of Raw material/ Intermediate/FG/Packaging Materials testing.

10. Ensure 100% training of all QC employees (SOPs/GENERAL/).

11. Management of working standards.

12. Management of Retention samples/control samples of Raw Materials and Finished

Product.

13. Responsible for timely release of all Raw Materials and Finished Products from QC.

14. Responsible for Qualification of all Analysts in QC.
