As a Truck driver I deliver freight and merchandise within city limits, as well as out-of-town, and are
frequently required to load and unload merchandise with forklift. Drivers must also perform yard duties
as required which include maintaining the day-to-day operations of the lumberyard. They load and unload
materials, store them in proper locations. This is accomplished by using a variety of equipment including
Forklift/Loader, pallet jacks, lumber carts, etc. I also greet and serve yard customers and, therefore, need
to be familiar with inventory, returns and exchange policies.
