Development Tech. I I I – Horizontal Conveyance and Mechanical Intervention Tools

Leads and works with a MFG team to facilitate the transition of ENG prototype tools into regular Production flow. Primary focus is high-temp, high-pressure electronics (testing,troubleshooting, failure analysis, ENG feedback) along with others.

- Responsible for analysis and feedback which lead to the improvement

(functionality and endurance) of several PCBs in MaxTrac electronics group.

- Continuous review and feedback of assembly and testing documents has lead to

the updating and streamlining of existing procedures and paved the way for

future product.

- Implemented several Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt certified) projects which have revamped and streamlined previous testing procedures and have also increased the utilization of existing shop equipment.

- Serve as effective MFG/ENG liaison to facilitate testing and feedback via

shared resources (shop equipment, personnel, technical background).
